Model / Point Cloud Disappearing

I have a model and point cloud exported from iTwin.

I am seeing some strange behaviour.

When I I click on the model to view related images, when I view the image in sync view with the model, the model disappears.

I cannot see the point cloud at all although I have definielty seen it render once.

Is it related to export settings?
