Some customers would like for the ability to download files they have previously uploaded (such as ortho maps, 3D models, etc.) either as individual files or as a zip archive. This request is often requested when the customer has accidentally deleted the files from their local storage.

It should be noted that Nira already has an optional feature within the share dialog that allows users to download photos. Additionally, Nira supports the export and import of callout data.
